Texas Roll Off Rental operates this website and a phone referral service. We connect people who need a roll-off dumpster in Texas with independent local providers. We do not own or operate trucks, containers or disposal facilities, and we are not a party to the rental agreement between you and the provider.

2. The rental agreement

Any rental is made directly between you and the provider. The provider's own terms govern delivery, placement, rental period, weight limits, prohibited items, pricing, payment, cancellation, damage and disposal. Read them before you agree. Questions about an invoice, a delivery or a pickup should go to the provider first; we will help where we can.

3. Prices and information on this site

Price figures on this site are typical market ranges from a named third-party source, with the date we checked them. They are not quotes and not our rates. Your price comes from the provider and depends on your address, the container, the materials, the rental period and other factors.

Information on this site about sizes, materials, permits, HOAs and local conditions is general information, not legal, engineering or professional advice. Rules set by cities, counties, the state and HOAs change; confirm anything important with the body that sets it.

4. Availability

We cannot guarantee that a container, a size or a delivery date will be available. Same-day or short-notice delivery depends on the provider's equipment and schedule on the day.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving accurate information about your project, choosing a lawful and suitable placement, obtaining any permit or HOA approval required, loading only permitted materials, and following the provider's terms.

6. Limitation of liability
