Rental periods begin on the day the dumpster is delivered and end on the scheduled pickup date unless extended by agreement.
2. Rental Period & Extensions
Each dumpster rental includes a standard rental period, which will be confirmed at the time of booking. If you need the dumpster longer than expected, simply contact us before your scheduled pickup.

3. Acceptable & Prohibited Materials
Acceptable Materials
Most household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and general non-hazardous materials are allowed.
Prohibited Materials
For safety and environmental reasons, the following items are not allowed in our dumpsters:
- Hazardous waste or chemicals
- Paints, solvents, and oils
- Batteries and automotive fluids
- Tires and propane tanks
- Medical or biohazard materials
- Asbestos-containing materials
Placing prohibited items in a dumpster may result in additional fees or refusal of pickup.
4. Weight Limits & Overfilling
Each dumpster has a maximum weight capacity. Overloading a dumpster can cause safety issues and may result in overage fees.
Please note:
- Do not fill materials above the top edge of the dumpster
- Doors must close securely for pickup
- Overfilled dumpsters may not be hauled until corrected

5. Delivery & Pickup Access
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access for dumpster delivery and pickup.
- Delivery areas must be free of vehicles or obstacles

- We are not responsible for damage caused by weak or unstable surfaces
If access is blocked or unsafe, a trip fee may apply.
6. Placement & Permits
If the dumpster will be placed on private property, no permit is typically required. However, dumpsters placed on public streets, sidewalks, or right-of-way areas may require a permit depending on the Texas city or municipality.

8. Pricing & Payment Terms
All pricing is based on the dumpster size, rental length, debris type, and location within Texas.
